He has more than 25 years' experience in production, plant design
and installation, marketing, and sales of specialty / medical / scientific
gases. Previously, he was general manager of National Specialty
Gases (a division of National Welders Supply Company) and held
several positions with the specialty gas department of BOC gases.

Joe
Cromwell is an honor graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University,
Rutherford, N.J. with a BS Degree in Business Management. He
also holds certificates from NYU Graduate School and The Wharton
School. He joined union Carbide in 1959 as a creative copywriter;
held positions in communication and marketing, and is currently
the Director of Distributor Marketing for Praxair. He has authored
a number of articles for industry publications and has been a
frequent presenter at NWSA meetings, most recently on the subject
of electronic commerce and his experiences on the WWW where he

P. McClure is Executive Director of the Association of Online Professionals, an organization he helped to found in early 1994. A computer and marketing executive, his experience includes six years as a B-52 pilot and information officer with the US Air Force, eight years as a consultant to BFGoodrich on the NASA Space Shuttle program, six years as a marketing consultant for hardware and software companies, and several years as an online communications consultant to the Software Publishers Association.

Frank Scornavacca President,
SGD Inc., Emerson, N.J., earned a mechanical engineering degree
with a chemical engineering focus from Stevens Institute of Technology.
He was employed by Matheson Gas Products for 32 years, during
which time he held positions of Technical Service Representative,
Customer Service Manager, Product Manager, and Vice President
of Marketing. Frank left Matheson in 1988 to establish a gas
equipment division for Solkatronic Chemicals, a gas company that
specializes in supplying gases for use in the manufacture of
semiconductor devices. In 1992, he founded SGD Inc, a wholesale
supplier of specialty gas equipment components and systems to
specialty gas companies and industrial gas distributors.
